Alpen was founded in 1964 and is the result of the determination and entrepreneurial vision of the Gianola brothers, skilled and experienced craftsmen specialising in the manufacture of scissors and manicure tools. The company is based in Premana, a small village in the mountains of Lombardy, world-renowned for its centuries-old, high-quality production of scissors and blades. This manufacturing tradition continues today thanks to the experience and know-how gathered and passed down through several generations of craftsmen.
