The SCHMIDT S 700/s is a ballpoint refill with silver-white paste that writes clearly on light and dark surfaces – and can be erased again from smooth surfaces. This version comes with a holder and is ready to use straight away.
Chalk smudges and pencil hardly shows on dark leather or fur – this is where the silver-white refill comes into its own. It has long been a proven favourite in fur and leather work: for drawing cutting lines, marking notches and labelling cut pieces. The medium (M) line width gives a clear, legible line.
The refill sits in a transparent holder with a white cap, so it can be used straight away like a pen. Once it has run out, matching replacement refills are available in packs of 10.

Frequently asked questions
Can the line be removed again?
Yes. The silver-white paste is erasable and can be rubbed off smooth surfaces. Whether the line disappears completely, however, depends on the material and its surface. So always test the refill on a hidden spot first.
How should I store the refills?
Horizontally – this is the manufacturer’s explicit instruction. Keep the refills lying flat, for example in a drawer, not upright in a pen pot.
Which pens does the refill fit?
The S 700/s is an A2 refill to ISO 12757-1. It fits the holder of the SCHMIDT ballpoint refill with holder and ballpoint pens designed for this refill format.
