Description

Country of origin: European Union (Germany)

The Robuso light tailor's shears 2025/R 9" are stainless tailor's shears (131 g) with reinforced blades and ergonomic plastic handles – for light natural-fibre fabrics and workplaces with a risk of rust.

The light ROBUSO tailor's shears 2025/R and 2026/R are stainless shears with plastic handles – ROBUSO's answer to the flood of scissors with plastic handles. The reinforced, sturdy blades are made of high-quality special stainless steel with a careful grind and hollow grind. The extra-strong screw with sprung lock nut optimises the blade tension from the back right to the tip.

The ergonomically shaped handles are made of skin-friendly, non-slip plastic. The 2025/R without micro-serration is intended for light natural-fibre fabrics, the 2026/R with micro-serration on one edge for curtains, light linings and thin synthetic fabrics – both also for workplaces with a risk of rust. Size 9" (23.5 cm), 131 g.

Frequently asked questions

With or without micro-serration?
Without micro-serration (2025/R) for light natural-fibre fabrics. With micro-serration on one edge (2026/R) for curtains, light linings and thin synthetic fabrics – the fine serration holds smooth, slippery fabrics while cutting.

What does the sprung lock nut do?
The extra-strong screw with sprung lock nut optimises the blade tension from the back right to the tip – the shears cut evenly along their whole length.
