The Alpen 1230 embroidery scissors are a compact tool for precise detail work in embroidery and needlework. The short, hardened blades cut threads, yarns and fine fabrics with control, and thanks to their small format the nickel-plated carbon steel scissors sit comfortably in the hand.
The manufacturer Alpen (Fratelli Gianola) has been producing scissors since 1964 in Premana, Lombardy, where scissor making has been at home for centuries. Production combines modern manufacturing with final finishing by hand – Made in Italy. The scissors can be resharpened; SCHLEMMING offers a scissor sharpening service for this.
