Felts
We offer a variety of felts with different heat resistances and thicknesses.
Generally they are used to evenly distribute steam and protect clothes from stains.
Depending on the machine temperature you can use cotton or wool felts with low heat resistance or very heat resistant V-Max aramid felts.
Polyester felts are used most frequently, as they offer sufficient temperature resistance for most applications.
Some felts have a textile insert that makes them more resistant to tension from vertical presses or from irons on ironing boards.
Not suitable for shaped presses as they cannot be shaped.
