Fitted with the non-corrosive 18 mm styropor blade No. 17940 for cutting depths of up to 36 mm. The knife is supplied individually in a box.
The MARTOR SECUNORM 540 is a special safety knife with a very large cutting depth of up to 36 mm – ideal for thick materials such as foam and polystyrene, as well as paper webs and bagged goods. Automatic blade retraction provides a high degree of safety: once you take your thumb off the slider, the blade retracts into the handle as soon as it leaves the material.
The durable aluminium handle with plastic insert is robust and ergonomic, and the large, grooved slider is easy to operate even with gloves. The blade is additionally secured by a magnet, and an eyelet allows the knife to be attached.
