Stainless version of the scraper blade with one usable cutting edge ground on both sides. The oil used on the blade is food-safe.
MARTOR scraper blades are rectangular replacement blades made of steel measuring 99.5 x 14 mm. Their long, straight cutting edge is ground on both sides and very sharp – for clean results in scraping and cutting tasks.
With a thickness of 0.4 mm, the blades are both stable and precise. In addition to the steel version, a stainless variant is available for which food-safe oil is used on the blade – useful in hygiene-sensitive work areas. Both blades come in a transparent pack of ten, so a replacement is always at hand.
