The PRC-3/C with a deep-serrated 28 mm alloy tool steel blade is made for frequent perforating. It cuts short sections of about 3 mm with about 1 mm left uncut, straight or in curves, and the blade changes with a click. Replacement: PRB28; with RB28 it makes continuous cuts.
OLFA perforation cutters create neat perforated lines – straight along a ruler or freehand in curves. The serrated rotary blade cuts in short sections and leaves narrow bridges, so the section can be torn off cleanly later. Typical uses are tickets, tear-off coupons and paper crafts.
The range includes the PRC-2 with an 18 mm blade, the PRC-3/C with a 28 mm blade and quick blade change, plus the matching PRB18 and PRB28 perforation blades. These also fit the RTY-4 and RTY-1/C rotary cutters respectively. Both perforation cutters suit right- and left-handed users – ideal for graphic design, offices, workshops and crafts.
