The WD-L/BRN Woody Cutter has a wood-plastic composite handle with about 70% wood: it feels like natural wood, uses up to 70% less plastic and keeps its grip even with oily or sweaty hands. The ratchet-wheel lock holds the 18 mm blade in many positions; an Excel Black LBB blade comes preloaded.
The ratchet-wheel models are the classics among OLFA utility knives with an 18 mm snap-off blade. The wheel lets you lock the blade in many positions and adapt the cutting depth to cardboard, carpet, insulation or thin plywood. Simply snap off dull segments and carry on immediately with a fresh edge.
The series ranges from the best-selling L-1 through ergonomic and rubber-grip handles to models with an extended blade channel and the Woody Cutter with its wood composite handle. All of them take the OLFA 18 mm replacement blades LB, LBB, LBD, LB-SOL, LFB and LWB. For trades, upholstery, interior fitting, warehouses and industry.
