Prym circular knitting needles consist of two needle points joined by a flexible plastic cord. They are suited to sweaters, jackets, scarves, hats and many other projects – worked in the round as well as flat pieces with a large number of stitches.
Depending on the gauge, they are made of pearl grey aluminium (2.0–7.0 mm), grey plastic (8.0–10.0 mm) or hollow, particularly light plastic (12.0–20.0 mm). The smooth, abrasion-resistant surface lets the stitches glide evenly, and the precisely shaped points enter the stitches with ease. Shorter lengths suit small circumferences, longer ones sweaters, jackets and wide pieces.
