Thanks to their good leverage, the large, heavy Prym “Classic” tailor's scissors are particularly suited to thick and multi-layered fabrics. They are a tool for professional tailoring in workshops, ateliers and upholstery businesses.
The scissors are forged from high-quality hardened steel, individually sharpened by hand and tested. The black lacquered, ergonomic steel handle has a larger eye with room for up to four fingers, improving the transfer of force. The asymmetric design keeps the lower blade on the work surface and stops the fabric from shifting. An adjusting screw allows the blade tension to be fine-tuned.
