Prym cotton bias binding is used for binding and decorating edges on clothing as well as on table and bed linen. Typical uses include necklines and curved edges on T-shirts and dresses. As a plain, versatile tape, it suits tailoring workshops, ateliers and home sewers alike.
Because it is cut on the bias, i.e. diagonally to the grain, the tape has some stretch and – unlike straight-cut tapes – can be laid accurately around curves. It is pre-folded to half its width; the two figures in the size give the open and the folded width. Made of 100 % cotton, it is ideal for cotton fabrics. The range covers more than 40 colours.
