The Prym creative sheet is a transparent stencil film made of stable plastic, measuring 30 x 60 cm. It is used to stabilise bag bottoms and to make stencils, quilting templates and reusable pattern pieces – especially for patchwork and quilting, but also for general sewing.
The sheet is supplied rolled up and should first be smoothed with a pressing cloth and an iron. It can then be cut to the required size. As a base reinforcement it can be sewn into bags with a sewing machine; as a template or pattern piece it can be used again and again. Being transparent, it lets you see the fabric underneath when positioning it.
