Prym dressmaker’s wax improves the glide of sewing thread: the thread is coated with a fine layer of wax, gains flexibility and stability and runs smoothly through the fabric. It neither wears through friction nor knots while sewing. A universal aid for tailoring workshops, studios and the home.
The round plate of paraffin wax (Ø 55 mm) sits in a two-piece transparent plastic box with three slotted openings on each side. To wax the thread, simply pull it through one of the grooves. The wax also frees up sticking zip fasteners or jammed drawers.
