Prym soft elastic tape is a versatile elastic for fine, lightweight fabrics. It can be threaded through casings and hems of trousers, skirts or pyjamas or stitched directly onto the fabric, and it can also be used visibly as a fashionable detail.
The tape is made of 57 % polyester and 43 % elastodiene and is available in black and white in widths from 15 to 100 mm, in lengths of 1 m, 10 m or 50 m depending on the width. It is stable, keeps its shape when stretched and does not constrict. According to the manufacturer, it is washable at up to 60 degrees and suitable for tumble drying.
