Prym laterally stable elastic tape is a 25 mm wide elastic that stretches lengthwise but remains stable across its width. This property is particularly useful wherever the elastic needs to keep its width, for example in the waistbands of trousers and skirts.
The tape can be threaded through a casing or stitched directly onto the waistband. Thanks to its lateral stability, the waistband stays smooth when worn. It is suitable for tailors, alteration workshops and studios as well as for discerning home sewers, and is offered in lengths of 10 m.
