Prym strong elastic tape is a firm elastic for garments. It is threaded into hems and casings or stitched onto waistbands, where it provides a secure, elastic hold, for example on trousers, skirts, pyjamas or sportswear.
The strong version is intended for applications where the elastic is subject to greater strain. The tape is offered in several widths and colours to suit tailors, alteration workshops and studios. Tip: attach a safety pin to the end of the tape before threading it in, so that it can be guided easily through the casing.
