Prym glass-headed pins have a round head made of high-quality, heat-resistant glass. They are used for pinning in tailoring and dressmaking: the heads are safe to iron, so pinned pieces can be pressed, and the coloured glass heads are easy to spot in the fabric after sewing.
The smooth shaft made of hardened steel has a balanced spring stiffness and resists bending and breaking. The fine point passes easily through all fabrics while protecting the fibres. The pins are available in lengths from 30 to 48 mm with multi-coloured, yellow, white or black glass heads and in various pack sizes.
