Prym leather soles for slippers and slipper socks provide a hard-wearing base for hand-knitted or sewn house shoes. They are aimed at anyone who wants to make warm slippers themselves or turn a favourite thick woollen sock into a slipper sock – simply sew the finished sock onto the sole.
The soles are made of real leather and polyester and are lined with soft plush on the inside. Each pack contains a pattern for three shoe sizes, illustrated step-by-step instructions and a knitting pattern. The knitted version is worked on a circular needle, so no set of double-pointed needles is needed, which makes it suitable for beginners. Overall, the soles are available in shoe sizes 18 to 41.
