The Prym “Professional” tailor's shears are lightweight professional scissors for tailors and studios, made by KAI and corresponding to the KAI N5000 series. They cut a wide range of fabrics such as denim, jersey, silk or linen; the angled blades ensure safe, straight cuts.
The blades are made of rust-free AUS6A stainless steel hardened to 56±1 HRC and deliver consistent cutting quality even under intensive continuous use. Carefully mounted and ground, they do not crush the fabric. The screw-and-thread joint prevents wear, and the brass adjusting screw allows easy tension adjustment. The soft grip with a soft inner ring holds up to four fingers.
