Prym iron-on cotton repair fabric makes it easy to mend tears and holes in clothing made from medium-weight cotton fabrics. It comes in a wide range of colours, either as a rectangular sheet or as a long, narrow strip.
The full-surface adhesive coating gives a particularly firm hold on the garment once ironed on. In areas subject to heavy wear, such as knees and elbows, the patch should also be stitched on at a few points. The fabric is 100 % cotton and washable at up to 40 °C; each card contains one piece.
