Prym embroidery needles without point are intended for embroidery with coarser materials such as wool. The rounded tip does not pierce the fibres but gently pushes them aside – for example when stitching on canvas or working with wool.
Made of hardened steel, the needles are completely burr-free and have a symmetrically punched silver eye that is correspondingly large for threading wool and thicker yarns. A well-balanced ratio of thickness to length gives them good flexibility in use. They are supplied in envelopes of 25, in sizes No. 14 to 26.
