Prym perforated waist shaper interfacing is used to reinforce waistbands on skirts and trousers. It is ironed on, stabilises the fabric and gives an even, stable waistband of consistent width – a practical aid for tailors, alteration workshops and ambitious home sewers.
Three perforated lines mark the fold edges and seam allowances, making it much easier to fold and topstitch the waistband precisely. The interfacing is easy-care and, according to the manufacturer, washable at up to 95 °C. It comes on a card in 4 m lengths and is available for several waistband widths.
