Prym reflective knit-in thread and knit-in tape are carried along with your ordinary yarn when knitting or crocheting. Hats, cuffs and wrist warmers made this way gain a reflector effect that increases safety in traffic and during outdoor sports, especially in the dark months of the year.
Both fancy yarns are made from 100% polyethylene terephthalate with a silver reflective coating. The fine thread and the slightly stronger tape are simply worked in parallel with the main yarn. Finished knitted and crocheted items can be washed at up to 30 °C.
