Alpen kitchen shears 5388 are take-apart shears with stainless steel blades and nylon handles. The two halves separate for cleaning, so food residue and grease can be removed thoroughly, even around the pivot – a plus for hygiene in catering and at home. Rust-resistant stainless steel copes well with food contact and moisture.
