The Alpen 5394 kitchen shears are made of stainless steel and can be taken apart: the two halves separate for thorough cleaning – important for hygiene in catering and at home. The cutting edge is micro-serrated; the fine serration grips the food and prevents slipping, for example with poultry, herbs or vegetables. The shears are supplied in a box.
