Alpen thread snips 1360 are compact one-ring textile scissors with curved blades. They sit ready in the hand and are suited to fast, repeated cutting, such as trimming threads at the sewing machine. Thanks to the curved blades, threads and excess material can be snipped flat and close to the fabric surface.
The scissors are made of nickel-plated carbon steel with hardened blades and are produced by Alpen in Premana, Lombardy – made in Italy since 1964. Built robustly for daily use in sewing rooms, upholstery workshops and the textile industry, they can be resharpened; SCHLEMMING offers a scissor sharpening service.
