The Alpen 1302 sewing scissors are classic tailoring and textile scissors made of nickel-plated carbon steel. The series is available in seven sizes from 4 to 7 inches (10 to 18 cm) – from small scissors for threads and detail work to larger models for cutting and alterations. The hardened blades cut fabrics, linings and threads cleanly.
Alpen (Fratelli Gianola) has been making scissors in Premana, Lombardy, since 1964; the town looks back on a centuries-old scissor-making tradition. Modern manufacturing and final finishing by hand – Made in Italy. All sizes can be resharpened, for example through the SCHLEMMING scissor sharpening service.
