The KAI N5150MPW is a pair of 6" (15 cm) all-purpose scissors made of 5Cr15MoV stainless steel (56 HRC) with a micro-serrated edge, an integrated wire stripper, full-tang construction and an elastomer soft handle. It cuts textiles, film, cardboard and paper and strips wires; cutting length 4 cm, weight 54 g.
The KAI special scissors from the N5000 Series handle jobs that plain tailor's shears are not made for. The N5350P pinking shears at 9" (23 cm) cut a zigzag edge with a 5 mm pitch that reduces fraying on woven fabric edges – for example on seam allowances and fabric samples.
The N5150MPW all-purpose scissors at 6" (15 cm) combine a micro-serrated edge with an integrated wire stripper. They have 5Cr15MoV stainless steel blades (56 HRC), full-tang construction and an elastomer soft handle and are suited to studios, workshops, warehouses and shipping.
