The OLFA PC-S is the compact plastic cutter for fine score lines in acrylic, PVC and laminate – and for scoring grooves in model making. The wheel lock and retractable blade ensure safe work; PB-450 spare blades are stored in the handle.
OLFA PC series plastic cutters are scoring tools for hard plastic sheets such as acrylic and PVC as well as laminates. Instead of sawing, you score the sheet several times with the hook-shaped blade until you reach at least half the material thickness, then snap it cleanly along the line. Finally, smooth the edge with the back of the blade.
Trades, exhibition stand construction, sign making, industry and model making benefit from this simple, low-dust method. A wheel lock fixes the blade and spare blades are stored in the handle. Each blade has two cutting edges; refills are PB-450 for the PC-S and PB-800 for the PC-L.
