Set of the SK-12 stainless steel safety knife and an SKB-2S-R blade pack with round-tip stainless steel blades. The NSF-certified, metal-detectable all-metal knife comes fitted with the SKB-2S blade; the round-tip blades give extra protection to package contents. The SK-12 is not designed for cutting food itself.
