The Prym Caroline bag bottom is a pre-cut base made of supple artificial leather (imitation leather) for home-sewn bags. It gives the bag greater stability, reinforces the base and protects the fabric from soiling.
The material is water-repellent, and pre-punched holes allow easy, even stitching by hand or with a sewing machine. Brief instructions are printed on the back of the packaging. Prym bag bottoms and bag handles are coordinated in colour and texture; the Caroline instruction set with DVD and pattern variations is also available.
