The Prym craft needle assortment contains five sturdy special-purpose needles for working with coarse fabrics and tough materials. It is aimed at upholsterers, workshops and DIY enthusiasts who repair upholstery and carpets, mend sails and tents, sew up sacks or work with leather.
The set includes one each of a sack needle, carpet needle, sail and tent needle, leather needle and curved upholstery needle. All needles are made from hardened steel and have a large eye for heavy threads. Each point is shaped for its purpose – rounded, sharp or curved, for example as a spear or triangular point.
