Prym's knitting calculator with counting frame is a practical aid for knitting pullovers and other garments. It can be used to determine needle sizes, count stitches and rows, and convert the required number of stitches and rows for any garment size and yarn thickness.
First, the counting frame is used on the tension swatch to determine the number of stitches and rows per 10 cm. The slider of the calculator is then set to this value on a scale of 8 to 49 stitches per 10 cm. A viewing window directly shows the number of stitches and rows for lengths from 1 to 100 cm.
