With the Prym stretch ’n’ steam pad, finished knitted or crocheted pieces are brought into their final shape. The foam pad is aimed at knitters, crocheters and needlework studios who want to block pieces precisely to size before sewing them together.
The 70 x 70 cm pad, made of 85 % polyurethane and 15 % cotton, has an iron-resistant top surface printed with a centimetre scale and various shapes with measurements. Whether to smooth the work with or without ironing and steaming depends on the yarn band. 40 pearl-headed pins for fixing are included; after use the pad is closed with its hook-and-loop fastener and stored in little space.
