The TEXTILIA cloth picker with changeable needle is a hand tool for cleaning and finishing fabrics in weaving, cloth inspection and textile finishing. At the front it has a smooth blade that is squeezed together like tweezers, so loose threads, slubs and protruding thread ends can be cut off cleanly right at the fabric surface.
At the other end sits a fine, sturdy needle for pulling out, lifting or positioning thread ends – thanks to its very fine point even with thin yarns. The needle is held by a screw and can be replaced; spare needles are available. Made of stainless steel by TEXTILIA Stahlwaren-Manufaktur in Solingen, Germany.
