The BMI ISOLAN frame tape is a steel tape measure in the ball-bearing ERGOLINE frame with a yellow lacquered, polyamide-coated 13 mm tape, cm graduation and FLEXTOP end fitting – available in 30 or 50 m with zero point A or B.
The BMI ISOLAN frame tape measure is a long steel tape in the ergonomic ERGOLINE frame. The 13 mm wide tape of hardened spring steel is phosphated, lacquered yellow and additionally polyamide-coated – rust-proof, very wear-resistant and resistant to alkalis, salt solutions, grease, oil and diluted acids. The FLEXTOP end fitting prevents the tape from breaking at the start.

Frequently asked questions
What do zero point A and B mean?
With zero point A the graduation starts about 10 cm behind the end fitting. With zero point B measurement starts directly at the front edge of the end fitting.
What is the FLEXTOP end fitting for?
The transparent, highly flexible plastic fitting prevents the tape from kinking and breaking at the start. The pull ring of break-proof plastic has 2 notches for a plumb bob.
How accurate is the tape?
The steel tape meets EC accuracy class II: permissible deviation ± 6.3 mm at 30 m and ± 10.3 mm at 50 m (at 20 °C and 50 N tension).
